Shipping & Refund Policy

  • FREE Shipping is available on all orders above INR 599. For orders equal to or below INR 599, shipping charges are INR 80 for Cash on Delivery and INR 60 for Prepaid.
  • Batch IDs of the product may vary based on stock availability; the products are always 100% authentic.
  • The estimated delivery times are indicative, and on some occasions, there may be unavoidable delays beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive updates on your shipment tracking status page.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Time: Prepaid orders are given priority; orders may take up to 5-7 days to arrive at your door.

Notification: You will receive tracking information as an SMS or WhatsApp message on your registered email address and mobile number.

Note: For the purpose of providing the Services and for other purposes identified in this Policy, RAASO will be required to collect and host certain data and information of the Users. RAASO will committed to protecting the personal information of users and takes all reasonable precautions for maintaining its confidentiality.

Cancellations and Refunds

Damages: For damaged products, create an unboxing video as evidence and keep all packaging materials and damaged items. Submit your claim within 48 hours of receiving the product. RAASO is not responsible for products lost during shipping.

Authenticity: At RAASO, we want to guarantee our customers that all of our products are 100% authentic and obtained from authorized vendors. We take every precaution to ensure that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. Furthermore, our products are properly labelled with barcodes, batch numbers, and detailed information. This enables us to trace the source and quality of each product, ensuring that our customers receive only the finest products.

Cancellation: Currently, we do not allow cancellation of orders once the shipment is dispatched from our hub or the tracking number is updated. After the shipment is dispatched, cancellation is not possible as we use third-party courier partners. Any delivery queries or issues will be escalated to the courier partner.

In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request has been processed.

Cancellation due to returned shipment: If your shipment is returned to our RAASO warehouse due to RTO or rejection by the courier or customer, cancellation will be processed once it reaches our warehouse and undergoes a quality check. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 24-48 hours.

Note: If you cancel an order that has already been handed over to our delivery partner, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and they may still attempt delivery. In such a case, kindly refuse to accept the delivery of the order.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Initiate a Return Request: You can start a return request within 2 business days of receiving your order. Partial returns are also accepted.
  • Replacement and Reshipping Fee: Requesting a replacement depends on stock availability, with a INR 150 re-shipping fee.
  • Return for Refund: Returning for a refund incurs a deduction of INR 300 from the total refund amount.
  • Return Conditions: Ensure the product is in its original packaging with no tampering. The outer carton should be undamaged, and the security seal and barcode must be intact. Products expiring within 4-6 months from the order date can't be exchanged unless they're wrong, damaged, or broken.
  • Quality Check and Re-shipment: If a replacement isn't approved, the same item will be reshipped after passing a quality check.
  • Unboxing Video: You will be asked to provide us with the unboxing video of the products received with RAASO's seal/tape visible in the video in case of return.
  • Refund Conditions: A refund will be initiated only if the products are in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.

Return or Exchange Process

  • Please get in touch with us at web.rasso@gmail.com or call us at +91 7073580897 (10am-6pm, Mon-Sat) to raise the return request within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • You will be requested to provide us with your order ID and email the images and videos of the product(s) with their batch numbers, if you wish to return your product(s).
  • You will be asked to provide us with the unboxing video of the products received with RAASO's seal/tape visible in the video in case of return. 
  • We will schedule a return pick-up within 3-4 business days. We shall initiate the refund only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
  • Please note that the damaged product will be shipped to the vendor for investigation. This is to ensure that we can identify any issues with the product or packaging that may have contributed to the damage.
  • In case of COD orders, we will require your bank details to initiate the refund. Moreover, as per bank regulations, refund may take up to 7 days to reflect in the bank account.
  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations. Our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service, and we will do everything in our power to address any issues that arise.

Additional Information

  • You can expect the receipt of your exchange within 5-7 days.
  • INR 150 will be charged as shipping and pickup charges in case of an exchange.
  • INR 300 will be deducted from the total refund amount in case of returns of non-damaged and correct products.
  • Lost or damaged returns are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for an exchange.
  • All exchanges will be processed only through cash-on-delivery.
  • RAASO reserves the right to change the policy without any prior notice.
